What happens after I order?
You choose → We print and finish → We pack and dispatch.
We cut and stitch blanks beforehand, generally keeping around 10–15 days of inventory. Our year-round base works across compatible designs, sizes and fits. Your order decides which artwork gets printed.
Why a small advance for COD?
A small advance helps confirm commitment before we print and ship. You pay the balance on delivery; checkout shows the applicable amount.
Unreceived parcels mean another journey and a printed piece waiting for another wearer. Returns can happen for many reasons, and usable returned clothing can still be resold.
Our team estimates overall RTO at around 1–2% across prepaid and partial-COD orders. This is a self-reported operational estimate shared on 1 October 2026, not independently audited or proof of the advance’s effect alone.
So, how much water does my order save?
We don’t have a verified per-order number yet. Our blanks already carry the footprint of cotton and fabric production.
For context, the Water Footprint Network gives a global-average reference of roughly 2,500 litres for a 250g cotton shirt, based on earlier cotton research. Actual footprints vary. This includes different water-footprint components; it isn’t all drinking water or a PRDGY saving.
Our focus is keeping materials useful and reducing avoidable surplus.
When will my order ship?
Our policy allows 5–6 business days for processing, with courier transit additional. High demand can add time. We appreciate your patience and remain responsible for communicating significant delays.
Where’s the research?
A 2024 EEA review estimated that 4–9% of textiles placed on Europe’s market are destroyed before use. That definition includes recycling, incineration and landfill. It is not an Indian-brand benchmark.
UNEP reports about 92 million tonnes of textile waste annually worldwide, covering much more than unsold stock.
These figures explain the wider problem. PRDGY’s process and inventory information comes from our team; we make no quantified water-saving or landfill-diversion claim for your purchase.
